We’ve leased rental properties since 2009 and have worked with more than 15 tenants during that time. Our tenants love their homes and stay for an average of two years with all tenants staying at least one year.

We take pride in our properties and manage them thoughtfully and honestly. Our rents are competitive and fair and we are quick to respond to maintenance requests and any other concerns.
